Edmodo is built to be a safe website where students and teachers can collaborate, work on and turn in assignments, school notices, grades, etc. In other words, it is a paperless classroom! This is isn’t just for you and your students, it also is a great site to network with fellow educators and get a million ideas.

Schoology is also another free network for educators and students. This site allows students and teachers to work together in a paperless classroom. This site too has unlimited tools to benefit you and your classroom. They have a teacher package which is free, but they also have an enterprise package that does cost but has even more advantages for you.
